I have been with trainers that treat everyone the same in huge groups and assume everyone has the same goal in mind. Stephanie wants to know your strengths, weakness and ability and has your wellbeing in mind as she wants you to achieve your goals and not get hurt. I have serious back issues and she wants to know everything about my doctors visits and has really zoned in with my therapy to help me improve my core and correct my pain.
